To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due upon check-in at the Golden Lotus houseboat.
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers.
All payments are processed securely, and a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you upon successful payment.
Special Requests:
Guests with special requests (e.g., dietary needs, specific room preferences) should communicate these at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Booking Modifications:
Modifications to your booking, such as changes in dates or room type, are subject to availability.
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the deposit.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Early Departures:
If you choose to depart earlier than the reserved check-out date, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
Force Majeure:
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will offer flexible rebooking options or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation of Promotional Offers:
Bookings made under special promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in the offer’s terms and conditions.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly via phone or email. Your cancellation request must include your booking reference number and the full name under which the reservation was made.
3. Refund Policy
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Currency Fluctuations:
Golden Lotus is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency fluctuations or fees imposed by your bank or credit card provider.
